A collection of all residential real estate investment homes and condos owned by the Couture Family offered for lease and short term vacation stays in the United States. All of these investments are fully vested long term ownership investment properties that are not offered for sale. Some of these homes have been owned since 1981. When you lease or rent a Couture Rental Home you can rest assured the home will not be sold during your long term tenancy or interrupt planned vacation, you can return year after year with confidence.

Management Services and consulting is provided by the Palmtree Property Management, a subsidiary of Coconut Palm Enterprise Corporation, also owned and operated by the Couture Family since the year 2000.

In 2010, our new sister company, Palmtree Investment LLC was formed with the express purpose of adding to the Real Estate Owned investment of the family. Since that time, Palmtree Investment LLC has taken title to two homes in St Lucie County Florida and these are both in long term lease operation.
