DISCOUNT RENT PROGRAM: If the Tenant Pays the monthly rent on or before the 1st of the month, and takes care of minor maintenance, including the yard, the tenant may deduct $50 each and every month from the rent due. The advertised price for the rent is the discounted price. Landlord accepts monthly rent by mailed check, direct electronic deposit or drop off deposit at any PNC bank. We help Tenants set up automatic direct deposit payments for rent because they protect the tenant from late fees and check problems. To move in it takes the first month's rent and a security deposit in advance ($1400+$1400 minimum). Good reliable tenants are rewarded by a discount rent program and spared renewal rent increases. The Home is leased on first come basis for a qualified candidate. Applications are available in advance. You will not be rejected simply because you have some troubled credit. Negative credit or other issues may still accepted if a larger security deposit in kept escrow. Not everyone who applies gets approved. Backup deposits and applications are taken to reserve in the event the first prospective tenant does not qualify. Housing assistance and some pets considered. Pets are accepted on a case basis after meeting the pet, pet agreement and a separate pet deposit. You can pull this home off the market today with application, the small credit check fee and a $200 deposit that is promptly refunded if you are not approved. The credit check fee is $25 per adult occupying the home on the Lease. Deposits are refunded if you are not approved.
